  Just what I needed 03 August 2014

  This little bit of pipe fits great. It was easy to replace and works great. If replacing it make sure you cut the end of the pipe on a slant so it makes the pipe easier to fit through the hole in the tank then with long nose pliers pull the pipe out the tank filler and cut the end straight.

  Tricky to fit but worth it 30 June 2014

  Bought both small and larger pipe. Neither was easy. The small pipe was very tricky to fit, both getting through into the tank, and even more getting onto the fixed metal pipe. Using pliers bent the pipe out of shape, and cutting at an angle made it too weak. (Note: I didn't dismantle anything first, which might have made it easier). My advice - persevere! Some reviews have mentioned the high cost but I think a repair for £20 is better than a new machine for £150.

  Ordered this item for my McCulloch 210 petrol grass trimmer as original parts had perished, removed old hose and measured a length of new hose to fit, quiet easy to fit once fed through hole in fuel tank using long nose pliers

  After finding all the fuel pipe work cracked and broken on my strimmer sent for this product to replace it. Did the job well although only just enough pipe supplied - so don' make any mistakes when cutting! Would be very useful to list the inside and outside diameters of the pipe as my Mculloch strimmer is fairly long in the tooth and not listed, however in fairness this was eventually listed in questions and answers.
