Replacement fan oven element 19 December 2010
This was the first time we had decided to do this job ourselves. I rang the contact centre to make sure that we had the correct part - as there was more than one available - they were very helpful and gave me confidence that we had ordered the right one! The part arrived in good time and thanks to the online video was in place and working much qicker than we expected. Thanks so much, will definatley recommend you to friends and would use you again!

Finding the part needed on your web page was far easier than other similar pages. The part was dispatched in a couple of days, well packaged and exactly what was needed. The problem of the faulty oven is now solved and all is well

Fast and Easy to Fit 02 June 2010
Only googled eSpares by chance before calling out repair service for cooker - found the part I needed fast and after watching the excellent fitting guide video I was ready to go! Part came very quickly and fitting took me no more than 20 minutes - despite never having touched an appliance such as this before. Really impressed with the service and support and it saved me a load of money in call outs and repairs. Superb!

Bought this for my AEG U7101-7-m after hearing a loud bang when trying to cook a big lump of pork. Fititng was really easy, Ordered on the Wedneday afternoon arrived on the Friday Morning. Alot cheaper than calling a call out company to fix. Good product Espares. 3rd time you have saved me £££.. :-)

Now I'll get Christmas dinner 19 December 2009
When my wife told me that our cooker had stopped working my initial thought was "We'll have to get a new one or I won't get my Christmas dinner".Then I thought "I'll get someone to fix it,that should save me some money".Then I thought "I,m not stupid,I'll have a go myself". So I checked the internet,found what I needed and sent off for a new element from E-Spares. It was with me in a few days and fortunately E-Spares also invited me to see their video on how to go about replacing the element.Good job too as I was just about to pull the cooker out of it's housing and tackle it from the rear. Instead,the video showed me how to remove the oven door and replace the element,which I did in about ten minutes. Full marks E-Spares!!!.

Very easy fit. 06 January 2011
Instead of paying for someone £100's to come and fix our oven, I decided to do it myself. Replaced the element with ease following the eSpares instructional video. Only installed it the other day and it's working perfectly fine so far!
