My oven element turned up next day and I fitted it within 10 minutes. Saved a small fortune. Video "how to do it" was incredibly helpful.

Zanussi Oven now working again 20 March 2013
Having previously ordered the part direct from the manufacturer, I was very disappointed to hear nothing for 3 weeks and then when chasing them to be told it was out of stock. By comparison, Espares dispatched my part within 12 hours and it arrived a couple of days later (I only specified standard delivery so was pleased with this). Having watched the Espares video, it was easy to fit although mine is a double oven and the fan part is close to the floor so had to take it out of the unit to get better access. Once this was done the fitting only took 5 minutes. I would certainly use Espares again.

Great value & easy fitting 22 January 2013
I decided to order online & get the hubby to fit this despite having no previous experience. He watched the video that was on the website and it was surprisingly easy to fit. Really impressed because when I had it replaced previously it cost me loads for someone to supply & fit it.

had to replace the oven element after just 6 months use found out it was not an original unit so this time i ordered the AEG one which is very easy to fit in the AEG oven, great service from espares plus got full credit form returned element.

WHAT A RESULT 27 November 2012
MY COOKER TRIPPED THE MAIN SWITCH SO I ASSUMED THE WORST AS ITS FIVE YEARS OLD. I SEARCHED THE WEB ASKING FOR ANY HELP AND WAS DIRECTED TO E SPARES WHERE I GAVE MY SYMPTOMS ON THE ONLINE CHAT AND WAS GIVEN A LINK TO THE PART I NEEDED, PLUS A VIDEO ON HOW TO REMOVE AND REPLACE THE NEW ONE. AFTER REMOVING THE ELEMENT I COULD CLEARLY SEE IT WAS SPLIT SO I ORDERED THE NEW ONE WHICH CAME AS PROMISED AND IS NOW FITTED AND WORKING AS NEW. A £25 REPAIR INSTEAD OF A NEW OVEN !! EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANKS

Oven stopped working 10 April 2013
Oven stopped working whilst cooking meal, so transferred item to top oven. Visited this site and used advice centre to diagnose the problem. Managed to locate the part, and placed an order. The order was managed swiftly and I was informed about delivery etc, . The item was delivered during time allotted, was packed well and apart from problem with the handle of the key set I had purchased (used Phillips screwdriver) took only couple of minutes to fit. Oven heated up straight away so problem fixed. Would certainly use this company again.
