  Part arrived quickly. I used next day option. DPD Delivery info was very well updated and parts arrived bang on the time slot. Quality of packaged items immediately apparent. Well packed and nice freebies included. Part itself was very good quality and in this case a doddle to fit (heater element for John Lewis washing machine). 10 minutes to fit and I was back in business and machine fully working. Very happy with Espares and would definitley use next time. A quality service.

  Correct part plus speedy delivery 08 December 2014

  Easily fitted to my five year old Zanussi. Just took off rear access cover. My thanks to several reviewers who mentioned this fact as your helpful Video was of a more complex front located heater replacement.

  Good quality part (so far). As a couple of others have mentioned for Zanussi models, the same is the case for the John Lewis 1203 model (a rebranded Zanussi). It's easier than in the (excellent but misleading) video above... still watch it to see how to remove the old one.

  Impressed with the delivery arrangements; arrived within minutes of the allocated time so did not have to hang around all day waiting. Fitting was easy using the video instructions. I did waste time taking off the front panel of my zanussi washer as per video only to find that the heater could easily be installed from the back. I would use espares again if I needed parts.

  Even easier than the video 24 April 2012

  Good quality part supplied quickly but the Zanussi element is replaced by removing the back of the machine. Shame we only discovered that after dismantling the front as per the video!!! Ah well. At least our machine heats up the water now!
