Who needs an expensive service call, ever. 07 January 2016
E-spares instructional video's used to determine cause of fault and determine a diagnostic approach to its resolution. Purchased product on basis of online triage and followed instruction video directions to confirm fitting. Overall great service, made savings on call-out charges and time out to accommodate engineers visits. Nothing so simple and will do same again.

After watching the e spares video on how to fit the new heater unit, I followed the instructions and in 40 minutes had the tumble dryer back in good working order. If the video could also mention cleaning out the fluff acumilated in filters etc. That would be helpful. Fast delivery and overall an excellent service.

My main reason for writing this review is to say what great customer service Espares gives. I bought and fitted this part and it worked for about a month then failed. I have just phoned them and they are sending out a new one today and sent printout labels for the return of the faulty part. I don't think it's Espares fault the part failed. Well done Espares. It's so nice to deal with a professional, courteous company who still put the customer first and give outstanding customer service. Thank you.
