  This service did all I wished for. It was available on a Sunday, was easy to use, stated a delivery time which in practice I could have set the clock by. Just one concern - it was supplied with a ready-wired plug for connection to a socket. There was no clear indication which way round the two went. Normally I would expect something like a key way, but I had an uneasy feeling that I could have got it wrong.

  tumble dryer repair 13 January 2017

  heater element easy to find on website.Delivered in a couple of days.It involved removing back plate unplugging faulty heater ,plugging in replacement heater replacing back plate.Tumble dryer back in operation dry clothes happy days.

  Works, does the job 11 January 2017

  Was not sure about fitting this item, but following the YouTube film, although our model was a different, it was fine and we had the tumble dryer up and working again. In our model you had to be careful to use the drier back cover screws in the same place as some were longer that others and might have caught the drum when rotating (we thought - perhaps just being extra cautious)

  I watched the video then fitted the item with ease 28 December 2016

  The product purchase was excellent, after watching the video showing how to do it and what to watch out for, the task was made simple. I prepared the tumble dryer stripping the old element, out taking pictures of each stage on my phone, to remind me were each lead went. The new element arrived at 3.05pm and the part was fitted in a few minutes then the casing was put back on and the tumble dryer was back working at 3.25pm. E spares information and help was excellent and an expensive job was made affordable.

  Never done anything like this before - great result!! 04 November 2016

  Given a tumble drier that "just needs a new thermostat".. never done anything like this before, and not at all technically minded, so somewhat sceptical.. However - thought it was worth a punt so watched espares video and ordered a new element and thermostat. Managed to fit the new parts without any problems. Drier now working perfectly - RESULT !!

  Good replacement heating element 14 August 2016

  I bought this to replace a faulty unit on my tumble drier. The website showed it on a search but the "does it fit your model" enquirer said not. Mine is an Indesit IS70C UK. I phoned up and was assured it was the right one by a very helpful lady, and she was right! Easy enough to fit but it needs to be fitted in the housing before cabling it up. I cabled first and replaced the side panel before I realised this! The heater is probably not as efficient as the original as it is a wire element where's the previous one had a heat sink attached. However, it will make it more robust I hope. Service from espares was excellent with quick delivery. Highly recommended!
