  After ordering found out I didn't need it but after cleaning the hood decided that the filter had protected the extractor pipe etc so carried on. Ordering was good, nice clear picture just like the old bit so felt reassured. Price excellent. Speedy delivery. Will use company again.

  Half happy 26 February 2010

  Received Electrolux hood carbon filters within 2 days of order. Brilliant. Opened pack to find one pristine, the other seemed to be shedding a few carbons, what to do? The wife tried sealing problem and installed. Maybe should have sent it back!
