  The product was easy to purchase through the e spares online process and could be paid for easily with my card. The product was due to arrive within a week of purchase and was sent by royal mail, who delivered it within two days of it being dispatched even though i had not paid any extra for postage costs. Overall the service was excellent throughout and e mails were sent to me to inform me of the process the product was at throughout. really good.

  Friendly and efficient service 03 September 2015

  I needed spare parts for my Flymo and Black & Decker strimmers and ordered them from Espares. Their database was easy to use and I also found their staff very helpful and efficient. I received the products with no delay and when I had a query it was dealt with quickly. I am very impressed with their entire service from start to finish and I would highly recommend them. I hope the Management sees this review because it really is the people who make the business successful, but I would say their staff are very well trained and their computer systems are excellent.
