  Only basket to fit my dishwasher :( 23 February 2019

  This basket slides along the racks as per the original. I am pleased it fits so well but disappointed that this is my 3rd basket since having this dishwasher. I do have heavy cutlery and I also put sharp knives in blade first, so this could be why 2 baskets have gone through at the bottom. The price of these slide along baskets is much more than the usual design. I may consider getting a cheaper basket and putting it between the racks rather than over them if this one goes too. This may cut down on how much I can fit in, but I think I tend to overload my dishwasher anyway

  Quite an expensive piece of plastic 18 September 2018

  I know it's a Hotpoint spares item, but compared to the epsares equivalent, it's nearly four times as much. A high price for a plastic basket. In my case however, I was concerned that the cheaper version might not fit my dishwasher. Incidently, having owned several D/Ws, this was the first cutlery basket I know of that has broken. Is this a Hotpoint problem?

  Exact replacement 23 November 2016

  Pretty much identical to the broken one it replaces. Fits perfectly and is at least as well made as the previous one. I've given it 4 points because it would have to be a bit special to warrant 5, but I am entirely happy with it.

  MY THIRD CUTLERY BASKET 26 February 2015

  Because of the 2 inserts in the basket I have to have this particular model. Unfortunately, because some of my cutlery is heavy I find that the base of each section breaks over time. The rest of the basket is perfect but I have to keep replacing it. Very disappointing.

  Bought to replace original basket as the base of some compartments had broken away allowing utensils to drop through. Quite expensive compared to other replacement baskets, but a lot of non originals would not fit as well as original. I bought this using loyalty voucher so reducing expensive buy

  Replacement basket needed !! 01 February 2013

  After only a very short time the basket from my Hotpoint dishwasher needed replacing, the base was extremely weak. The replacement appears to be much stronger and therefore will last much longer - we shall see !!! Fairly expensive item to replace.

  Fits our dishwasher exactly 18 January 2012

  Bought a cheaper, general basket previously which didn't fit the racks properly and meant we couldn't use the space properly, really pleased we have one which fits again and can put more plates in again! It is quite expensive for what it is, but worth it for ease of use.

  I have a Hotpoint FDL570. This cutlery basket is an exact match to the one I had but I do think it is very expensive for what it is hence the score of one bar for value. I would buy it again though because it is exactly the same as the original.
