  An excellent service from espares. This bag & filter pack is the real deal for our Miele vacuum cleaner and identical to that supplied by our local Miele retailer. The cost saving was fairly modest due to the p&p but was still cheaper than buying locally and espares turned the order round very quickly. I will buy again from espares

  Product is excellent and works fine my only gripe is that only 2 packets were dleiveed whilst the advert said buy 3 for th3 price of three - Where is the third. Price advantage more than lost as a consequence
