  Initially received a 55 link chain which did not fit my saw. Phoned espares and received an extremely courteous and apologetic response. Correct 56 link replacement chain immediately dispatched and received promptly. Fitted perfectly.

  Replacement chain arrived quicker than expected, also cheapest I could find. Only when it was fitted and in use did I realise how blunt the original chain was! Only minor problem was fitting the chain with only one pair of hands but that's the nature of the beast.
