  Really good chain. 12 February 2018

  Usually used Oregon chains but the Carlton (so far) has proved very worthy - decent, sharp and well honed cutters of a good size and, I gather from others who know about such things, slightly harder than the Oregon. My saw is only a small one (14") used mainly for firewood logging and this chain has whizzed through loads already like a breeze (I'm sure the new bar also helped). Similar performance if not better than the last new Oregon one. So far, it has performed extremely well and I'll happily get the Carlton next time.

  Two items were listed for the same McCulloch - so I ordered one chain only to find it was too big. But espares took it back immediately and sent me the new one - so overall thought process was excellent

  Well needed replacement 17 January 2018

  My chainsaw had got to the state where it would have found it difficult to cut through 1/2 lb of butter. I contemplated trying to sharpen the chain but decided that a new chain would be a more sensible investment and so it proved. Easy to purchase online and delivered within 3 days. Having fitted it, I tackled some thick logs in the garden. Effortless and very satisfying. Good purchase!

  am very happy with my purchase 09 September 2016

  i ordered a new chain for my dads chain saw. Was delivered with in a few days, well packed. After a few days i fitted it to the saw lovely and sharp works great. would buy again. It was not the cheapest i had found on line but did not want to take the risk, am happy with the item,

  will get in touch again when rest of order comes. It is a chainsaw chain, am waiting for bar to be delivered. Have reassembled many times, just as routine maintanence. Local dealer no longer stocks them.
