All started well having watched an online video but when it came to fitting belt onto motor just could not do it.Had two family members round to try to no avail. There doesnt seem to be enough give on the rubber. I will have a go at anything but this has had me swearing more than ever.Get an engineer!!!!

Sadly the video did not apply to my Beko dryer. There was no need to remove front & side panels. With my Beko. I laid the machine on its front & just removed the back panel & electic connections & job done. Thanks Espares.

Seemed very tight and hard to fit. On the beko website it mentions something regarding the fitting requiring a special tool. I got it done ok but thought you may want to look into this.

The part supplied was exactly what was required. It did take some effort on behalf of 2 of us to get it fitted, but the machine worked perfectly straight away when fitted.

1st time changing drive belt on dryer a small tip the belt has to be streched almost 30mm to reach drive heat belt with hair dryer or leave on top of heater to soften.

Had to look on 'you tube' on how to replace this belt and my top tip is heat it up with a hair dryer to make it more pliable to get it on the drive shaft.

Good purchas but didn't last long in tumble dryer, found out there is more problem with dryer so band snapped again so wast of money for me but all over espare is gd and I would use it again thanx
