  Had to order a replacement remote control, as the original wasn't Ribena proof! Ordered on Thursday and delivered on Friday. A genuine brand new Sony product too. I am so glad that I purchased from espares. I was kept fully updated with text message and tracking details and loved the site where I could see where my delivery was! Excellent customer service from order to delivery. You will find prices slightly cheaper on similar sites , but I doubt whether the parts would be brand new. If you're looking to order from espares, don't hesitate!

  sony TV remote 05 January 2014

  remote worked as soon as I put the batteries in - great. Price fine and extends the life of a good TV. Universal controls don't give electronic program guide access. Packaging was awkward for our mailbox and the postie had jammed it in with bits sticking out.

  was given a Sony Bravia tv but had no remote control...found espares had them in stock at an excellent price..ordered online and received it 2 days later which was excellent as this was just before Christmas. This genuine Sony product was actually cheaper than an all makes one from a national chain store...well done espares!
