  when my father-in-law said his remote had a lot of buttons not working I thought it would be almost impossible to get a new one ,how wrong I was e spares was so easy I entered the number & there it was & 3 days later it came .

  Exactly what I needed 13 April 2014

  I have had my Sony TV for a long time now and the programme list button has been very hard to work for some time. I was very pleasantly surprised to see espares stocked an exact replacement and more surprised to see it was a lot cheaper than I would have thought. Delivered promptly, works perfectly.

  Genuine replacement 13 August 2013

  This controller is an excellent replacement for my old controller which gave out after over 10 years of use. The new one I received from espares was a black one and slightly slimmer than the one I had with the original TV but it works a treat with my TV. Due to the royal mail the first one didn't arrive I rang up espares customer help desk and I received one in under 24 hours well done espares for your excellent customer relations .
