  Spray arm was getting a bit wobbly. Thought it might need a new one. Had a look at it and found this white collar, which looked like it might be a bit worn. The item is one half of the bush, but you need both half's so you have to buy 2. Don't know why it's sold in 2 half's but it was easy to fit, actually better than the original, and cured the problem. AND no call out charge!

  Design change - may need 2! 11 July 2011

  Unbelievably pricey, but essential, so what can you do? I needed only one (to replace one that had fallen onto the heater elements and melted). But the design had changed since my DW was made 10 years ago, so needed a second too. Might be worth looking at the entire arm assembly. Doddle to fit. Works like new again.
