  Replacement door seal 16 February 2010

  This was a very good buy - half the price of the Bosch spare and no visible reduction in quality. The video guide to fitting was excellent and the seal indeed proved easy to fit. Two pairs of hands are needed to fit the inner seal and again to fit the retaining ring - exactly as the video identified. Well done to e-spares!

  Siemens door seal. 14 January 2010

  This product is excellent value compared to the genuine part. I ordered this for a siemens extraklasse xl 1400. It fits the machine ok, But there is no facility for the overflow from the powder drawer. So you will have to carry out a small modification by cutting a hole in the top of the seal to allow the plastic tube to be fitted in. The hole outline is there but not open. Cut the hole small enough so it is tight on the tube & put a little sealer around it. The part no for this, is for the above machine, so beware if you are going to buy thie for your or your customers machine. Apart from that, it is a cheap repair part & excellent quality.

  Fitting Advice 09 November 2009

  Service and product XLNT. Best tip on fitting as previous has said, -get front panel off (Can be done from front)or you'll never get inner spring on. I did this on a Bosch, -take off bottom panel fixed by couple of screws and then slides off, plus one screw at top, then front panel needs a bit of wiggling to drop down. From then on dead easy.

  The total service from placing of order to delivery was excellent, and the only problem that I had which was nothing to do with espares was fitting the flipping thing ! If it would be possible to include fitting instructions this would further enhance what is already excellent service.
