  A good purchase 18 November 2016

  Fits my Hotpoint BU72 fan oven perfectly. In principle simple to fit but I struggled due to my arms being too short (with the oven door open - downwards in my case!) to easily reach the terminals at the back, which are inside the oven! Had to support the door underneath with my toolbox and then lie on it, with some cushioning under my ribs, and with my head, arms and a torch inside the oven, to eventually succeed! Otherwise a good product and excellent value.

  The only problem I had with fitting was due to the fitting plate holding the terminals was the wrong size for the oven. Had to cut it and spread the element tofit. Seems OK though and works well.

  Oven Element Replacement-what is element height? 28 August 2016

  Oven element fitted Belling Multifunction Synergy oven. Only difficulty was determining the correct element to purchase. Explanation of element 'height' missing from website. Packaging on delivered product had an illustration showing the height as distance from retaining plate across element to most distant point, so a distance slightly less than diameter. Fitting was straightforward but don't forget to reset the time clock for your oven. Without resetting the time clock the repaired oven would not turn on and heat. A cost effective way to repair a failed oven element.

  Value for money but had to drill bracket hole slightly larger as screw was tightening on bracket and not clamping the bracket to the back of the oven. 10minute job to fit even with drilling bracket. Good value

  Not an exact fit 01 May 2016

  Great price and the part is working great. Only very small issue was when it was fitted, the supporting bracket is not in the exact right place. I drilled a new pilot hole and reattached the bracket. Everything is working fine.

  Did the job, quickly and relatively easily 01 May 2016

  If I can fit this, almost anyone can. (Don't forget to disconnect the power supply before you start!) Just a Philips screwdriver (to remove the fan cover) and a torch needed (because it's dark inside the oven!) 10 mins, start to finish; Bob's your Uncle.
