  Another fan oven fixed. 07 June 2020

  This is the third different fan oven I’ve had to replace the heating element on this year! Oven stopped heating on Saturday afternoon, element ordered, delivered, fitted and working on Monday which couldn’t be bettered. Identifying and ordering the correct part very simple using website. Can’t comment on quality yet as only just fitted but certainly does the job.

  Simple and Efficient Replacement 17 December 2018

  14 year old Bosch oven stopped working half way through cooking Sunday lunch weekend before Christmas! Quickly worked out what was wrong using ESpares guides. Was helped by online chat people to find model number despite not having manual. Ordered replacement part for next day delivery at 15.30 Sunday afternoon and it arrived at 08.00 Monday morning. As far as I can tell part is identical to original. Fitted it by following ESpares video guide. Element was screwed in from back (not front as in Video) so had to take oven out and take off back, but this was just a case of undoing a few screws. I checked screws fitted in holes in mounting plate first as others had had experience of not being right thread. In this case they matched. All fitted, put back in place and working by 09.00. Christmas dinner saved!

  Speedy delivery of correct part 22 June 2018

  This part came very quickly. Watched the fitting video which was helpful although needed rear access so not as easy as in video. However, with a little extra effort taking appliance out of housing to gain rear access job was reasonably straightforward. Hey Presto one working oven again!

  Siemens hb12320gb/07 circular oven element 27 December 2017

  Part fitted perfectly, this model needs screwed in from the rear, so a bit more work. However about 30 minutes all in. (This included me stripping a torx driver head) ordered the Wednesday before xmas 5pm, delivered The next day. The part works perfectly (touch wood). Would recommend.
