Purchased a pattern part as half the price of a manufacturers part, but wish I'd spent the extra. The part fitted OK but the quality of the bends, spacing of the rings and angle of the terminal section are not so good.

Needed a heating element quickly, as we were going away approx. 36 hours later. Delivered next day and able to fit easily, with on-line video there to help if needed. Thanks, great service; son could make his meals while we were away!

Fair price & would have been easy to fit using the U-Tube video, but Wires on the element were poorly soldered to the terminal connectors which made the spade end connectors on the oven hard to fit. Otherwise works well.

Checked that this element was compatible for my oven. Much cheaper than the Mnf own product, easy to fit and hope it lasts for many years.
