The main oven element expired just at the last gasp of cooking Sunday roast. So new one required and espares came up trumps. Once you have the cooker model and number eSpares website quickly identified the part, ordering was simple and delivery rapid. As with most things nowadays there’s videos to show how to do the job. The hardest part I found was finding where the manufacturer put the model and numbers. On the rear of the appliance just to make it easier for the user.

Found correct element promptly in online catalogue. Only one decision to opt for a compatible element. Could have bought two for the price of one original equipment manufactured (oem) AEG element. Payment system easy. Received next day. I did report the packaging as damaged, but received no response. Tested electrically as satisfactory and fitted easily and tested as working perfectly. I would recommend this unit to anyone with an AEG B2100-5-M oven.

Fortunately I was able to get a replacement part though COOKER element initially proved difficult to find more locally and was WHEN Ii contacted e spares who soon put me at ease and were able to forward the necessary part with OUT me having too long to wait.

Well it took about 2 minutes to remove the screws from internal back panel in oven, another 2 mins to remove and refit new element! So all in all I think you'll agree it saved me a small fortune. Took longer double checking that it was the correct part. Very happy.

Cooker element blew on Sat. Checked espares on Sun and by giving model no it gave compatible parts. Ordered Sunday, Arrived Monday and installed in 20 mins!!!!. Cooker all working by 3pm Monday. It was a replacement for an element ordered from espares quite a few years ago, so last quality was good. Can't fault, so has to be 5 stars.
