  My Bosch vacuum has a pretty good suction but put the head on and it lost most of the power for some reason. The universal one is so much better and I'm really pleased with it. It's a fraction of the cost of a replacement original Bosch one. It arrived earlier than expected too.

  Excellent Value & Great Replacement 07 November 2016

  Looking for a replacement floor tool for my Bosch Activa 63, this is an incredible find providing great quality and excellent value. Ordered the wrong size at first [30mm] which was quickly identified on receipt without opening its internal packaging. An instant phone call and 'Return Request' then a quick re-order and returning the other was again simple. On receipt of correctly ordered floor tool was extremely impressed. Must say the whole exercise of ordering and high quality service for such a low value item was excellent. Well done to one and all.
