  This is a well made item, but the brushes are so long that it doesn't work on carpet! The friction makes the "push" stroke heavy going and on the "pull" stroke the head tilts up so it does no work at all! Very disappointing.

  I looked every where for a vacuum head that does hard floors and carpets without having to swap the heads, and this is perfect it is 35mm (the majority of the standard ones are 32mm) it does what it is supposed to do and to top it all off the price and service I recieved from Espares was excellent.
