The yellow nozzles are for the larger machines K6 and K7 that produce a greater flow of water so the nozzle aperture will be slightly larger.

Please refer back to the original user manual supplied with your appliance. The different coloured nozzles refer to the model type that are suitable for. The second lance should secure into the T-Racer by a push and twist method. Please see stock number ES507807 for a video on this.

We do not have information on differences between types of nozzles but as Karcher list these for replacement it is not unreasonable to assume the high pressure water may eventually wear and open up the spray head gaps reducing their concentration and performance.

Try pouring hot water over the nozzles to help them expand or use a releasing oil (WD40) and grip carefully with pliers to twist and start to move before removing.

The unit was working fine yesterday but today it pulses. The pressure washer works fine with all the other attachments including the dirt blaster. Any help please.

If the machine is pulsing then there is likely to be a blockage that is reducing the water flow. The nozzle kit is the most likely cause of this if the machine works correctly on the spray lances.

The rotor should turn for several rotations when spun by hand. If the water is jetting out at high pressure but the rotor is not turning it may be binding when under pressure. Check the washers on the rotor are not worn or contaminated.

Hi Robert, it'll either be the nozzles causing this problem, or the spindle the bar is on. Check the spindle first. If it's ok, and you can spin the bar freely by hand, you'll need to replace the nozzles.
