The unit has had the 2 lights kept flashing ,cleared by power off an on ,now both compartments not cooling at all ,fans seem to run OK ,any ideas

    IF the compressor is not running it may depending on model be the thermostat or control board. If the compressor clicks and gets hot but does not run it may be a faulty compressor.

The fridge is a Kenwood single door fridge with a small freezer compartment at the top. The original stat capillary terminating in freezer compartment. The label inside the fridge has the following information Thorn EMI Model 31885 AJ Serial No 108500203. Please can you advise what I should do

    Cold air from the freezer is controlled into the fridge with a damper motor Stock Number: ES1641211. Check this is open and if it is and still no cold air check the freezer evaporator is not blocked with ice.
