  • My model has a sticker on the back that says it's an A3786, but that's not on your list! By Anonymous - - 05 December 2008

Hi Joestoner I can't match the 1200 in our database of Hoover washing machines. All Hoover's machines have a letter prefix (in your case it should begin with a 'V'. If you could double check your washing machines for the model number we would be happy to find the right timer for you. For help finding your model number, refer to our handy Finding Model Numbers guide here: http://www.espares.co.uk/findingmodelnumbers.aspx

Hi there, it could be this part that's malfunctioning, or it could be the main PCB as well, or maybe just the control knob. You might want to remove the fascia to take a look inside to diagnose the problem - check out this video showing you how: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/washing-machines/a/7/1298/how-to-replace-washing-machine-controls-hotpo.html

Hi Dog37, I'm afraid that I couldn't tell what's causing this problem without seeing your machine. I'd advise asking someone in the know to take a look for you.

Dear Espares, my washer number is a Hoover DF7130M on the front opf the machine however your list shows a DF7130MUK. I bought it in the UK so I think this is the same machine?? Do you know/ would this timer fit my model? Many thanks Martin.

My selector seems to have a life of its own. Whenever I select a programme - the dial clicks round until it has decided which programme it prefers! Will replacing this part fix his problem?
