I notice the Ultrasonic has a Pet-Safe Setting, which seems to disable the Ultrasonic transmission (LED stays off). Does this mean that the Ultrasonic transmission cannot be used if you have a pet cat or dog?

    Chris at eSpares says...

Dogs are known to be able to hear higher pitch sound like ultrasonics. Therefore it is likely that using an ultrasonic device would agitate dogs and cats and therefore should not be used when they are present.
