If your door liner can be eased away at the edge to enable this seal to be attached in the gap this should be suitable.

Answer this question

The model number seems to be KGV3 165 KE 9022 1302, it has top and bottom doors. Other numbers have unfortunately rubbed off. Or do you do another part that would be better? Our seal is black [it is a silver/grey fridge] Thanks

Your appliance is likely to be a KGV3165GB/01. The manufacturer does not list a seal available so you would need the door Stock Number: ES739100 or this seal if suitable. See the note regarding its fitting.

Answer this question

The original seal doesn't but I can see no way of removing it apart from cutting it out. With your "universal" 130x70 door seal is there a knack or special way/tool to fit it to our door?

Please see the note now added to the part description for fitting details. Make sure the length of this seal is sufficient. If this does not fit you will need a new door Stock Number: ES1655091

Answer this question

Could you tell me the cross sectional shape? My fridge is a De Dietrich 6250E7.

    Chris at eSpares says...

The shape is a square below's section with an additional 'flap' or parallel wall, this wall is tucked between the liner and the door to support the seal in position. We will be updating our images shortly to show this.

This seal is held by an edge fitted between the door and the inner liner. If your door liner edge can be separated from the door then this seal could be suitable.

Answer this question

Will this part fit my Fridge please

This may be able to fit your fridge if you can fix it between the edge of the liner and the door assembly.

The correct seal should be Stock Number: ES1603159

Answer this question

Please advise soonest as LEC want to charge me £148 for a six month, all spares contract as my thermostat and fridge door seal needs replacing. If I buy the parts through you and this seal fits, it makes more sense to do it myself, albeit I'm a woman, but a handy one at that! :) Many thanks H

If your seal is fixed between the door and the edge of the door lining it should be possible to use this kit to replace it. The doors for this model are supplied with the seals and are not listed separately.

As the seal is not sold separate for this model and the only alternative is a new door it may be worth seeing if this seal is suitable. It can be made to size and fit most fridge or freezers so if your seal is fixed between door and liner it should be suitable.

Answer this question

Its an old fridge freezer, the label inside is have scraped off, so hard to figure it out. I can find the 03 and the 05 versions, weirdly not the 04.
