Bosch Tumble Dryer Thermal Limiter Regulator : ELTH, 2790093, 9000, 252806 for WTE6920GB/01 Stock Number: ES111441

got a bosch wtl6106gb/05 and it it not getting hot, have bought a new heating element unit from yourselves and fitted it but still nothing. have put multimeter on thermostat on inside of door ( part no ES111441) and am only getting a reading on 20kohms setting. 6.50 when cold rising to 11.50 when heated up. could this be the fault or any other ideas?. many thanks

Hi - I have cleaned all filters on my machine but it keeps throwing clean fluff filter about 20 mins before the end normally on towel drying, but seems okay on clothes. Sometimes the over heat also trips which I then reset after taking the back off. I read that after 10 years the fluff filter mesh can become blocked - although it looks clean. Perhaps I need a new fluff filter, or could there be a sensor problem brewing?

Purchased the above t/stat which cured the problem of no heat in dryer. However, only 3 months later same issue, dryer only gets to "iron dry" and no warmer. Could the t/stat have gone again so soon? I did an Ohms test on original as described in other answer, but the reading comes out at approx 7 ohms resistance. is this correct. Could it be the heater element t/stat needs re setting (red push button)
