Service was very good but instructional videos misleading.
Service was very good as of making it easy to find your part. Next day delivery option was also excellent. My only criticism would be the how to video provided with each part. I watched it to find out how to install the new door seal on my washing machine. It looks easy but when I followed the instructions my machine was completely different and access much more difficult meaning I had to take off more parts to access bolts. Also, I ordered a "add laundry" door seal which said find out how to install here and the video turned out to be the main door seal again!. It probably took me 3hrs to do both jobs and in the instructional video it looked like you could do it in 15mins!

I bought an item from eSpares but…
I bought an item from eSpares but confusingly got a receipt from Screwfix for this item. Wasted a lot of time & effort trying to sort this out 1st with PayPal & then with eSpares. You need to sort out this link between the two companies. Who are you: eSpares or Screwfix?
