Answer this question

Our oven is HB28020/02 the glass has fallen out of the inner oven door, and it seems the part no above is what is required. However all illustrations do not show the spring loaded door hinge which does not look as though it can be removed from the old door. Thanks

The hinges should be easy enough to replace. First lock the hinges and remove the door from the cooker, Then split the door by removing the front from the back and you will then be able to access the hinges to replace them.

Answer this question

The inner glass panel has slipped, seemingly due to a wearing/melting seal. I cannot see how this glass should fit on to the door? Should it? Or is it glued on by the sealant. If the glass has slipped, do I need to replace the whole inner door (which I am assuming includes the integral inner glass). My outer fascia is in fine order. many thanks

Hi Rich64, this part does indeed include the glass - you can't buy it separately as it's moulded in to the part - it's rare they slip out!

Answer this question

Please can you tell me if this oven door comes with the rubber seal, I have been told that the I can't buy the seal separately?
