      Compatible apart from connections
      Ordering was easy, delivery was very quick. The pump was almost identical to original so easily fitted into washing machine and hoses connected without issue. Only problem was that new pump had 2 spade terminals about 40mm apart for electrical connection, the old pump had a plastic plug and socket containing 2 terminals of different size. Had to cut cable and remake new female spade connectors.

      Absolutely First Class service.
      Absolutely First Class service. I ordered a part for my fridge freezer which came the very next day. Unfortunately it didn't fit so I needed to send it back. On contacting the company a QR code was sent which enabled me to return it via a post office. This process could not have been easier and I received a refund within a couple of days.
