      Following an order that was never…
      Following an order that was never delivered by DPD, the company espares contacted me directly. Their response was unbelievably fantastic! Not only did they dispatch the part we had requested which we received the following day, I received an apology from them, which wasn't necessary as it was not their fault, but they kindly offered a refund. I would never choose to use DPD again as their service was terrible but the service from the providers was nothing short of brilliant!

      Avoided an air fryer purchase
      Ordered at 2030 having been advised the oven had "blown up", with me by 0900 next morning which was amazing and that meant I could sort before I disappeared away with work again safe in the knowledge that I could delay once again the inevitable purchase of an air fryer!!!       Once I had the correct appliance model…
      Once I had the correct appliance model and serial numbers it was easy to find the part I needed on the website . Quick and simple to order very cheap however the delivery costs are high. The part arrived quickly without fuss and now our dishwasher is up and running.

      Waste of time and money. Incorrect parts supplied
      I ordered a replacement heating element for my fan assisted Hotpoint oven, I’d put in the oven details and the results for a replacement came up and ordered. Paid for next day delivery which came incredibly fast but the element does not fit. It’s a universal element and will not fit my oven at all. Very frustrating.

      Excellent service as always. I couldn’t find a particular part on the website. So I sent espares the information and within 48 hours they responded with finding the correct part. This was ordered during a Friday afternoon and the part was on my doorstep by 1100hrs the following day ( Saturday) And we live according to many mainland companies over Sea’s. Actually we have a Portsmouth Post Code and we live on the Isle of Wight.
