      Excellent Service
      I bought two parts for our tumble drier from eSpares and the whole experience was excellent. The website is easy to use and the parts arrived on time. There’s also a video for most parts showing you how to fit them. I would not hesitate in recommending eSpares to anyone who needs parts for their white goods.

      Customer Service Lacking
      Goods despatched quickly but customer service horrendous. No telephone number, Live Chat closes down stating “please try later” and emails only answered within 48 hours midweek.

      Item arrived damaged!!!
      Item arrived damaged due to very flimsy packaging. Emailed twice, no reponse! Engaged in 'chat' with representative, who sent out lables for ME to return the damaged item, despite providing photographic evidence!!! New item despatched by representative but no next day delivery!!! No replies to emails and no phone number to ring. Avoid at all costs!!!
