There is a video shown on the web page with the part on how to replace a regulator.
my grill comes on but after its been on for 10 mins or less it goes off. Also noted the fan that cools it down is not coming on at all. Is replacing this the cure?

Without the cooling fan running the oven is likely to overheat and may cut out in this manner.

This is a regulator that turns power of and on based on a timed cycle not temperature. This will regulate the grill heat but a thermostat is used to control oven temperature.
