      Better tracking information on orders being delivered. Tracking link takes you to eSpares site to login, then there is no tracking information about the item.

      Wrong Product - Returned - Still awaiting refund over four months later. Disappointed with the Customer Service Received
      I ordered a product, a bottom bottle holder tray, for the inside of our fridge, which unfortunately was the wrong size. I arranged a return within days, on 19th January 2024 and still not had a refund, as of 24th May 2024. After several customer service tickets being raised, I'm no further on, it's very disappointing and out me off using ESpares, in the future.
