      I ordered my replacement oven knob before 4pm on Friday 14 Jun, predicted delivery date was the following Tuesday, which was acceptable. The knob arrived by post on Saturday 15 Jun so was fitted and in use less than 24 hours after ordering.

      Wrong part sent.
      You sent me a standard oven element that will not fit my Beko oven when I gave you the specific make and model number. The local supplier told me straight away that Beko ovens have a slightly larger fan so need a larger element. You should have known this being "Experts". Very disappointed ??.
