      False information provided
      I entered my cooker details and it gave me a lsit of items which were compatible. I ordered the parts, when delivered I realised they were the wrong pieces for my cooker. The element was too big so the backplate could not be fitted and the light bulbs were far too big

      I ordered my replacement oven knob before 4pm on Friday 14 Jun, predicted delivery date was the following Tuesday, which was acceptable. The knob arrived by post on Saturday 15 Jun so was fitted and in use less than 24 hours after ordering.
