      Although the parts sent by eSpares did not fit the appliance, and I damaged one of the part whilst trying to fit it, when I contacted them they offered a full refund even for the damaged part I cannot emphasise how good the after sales team and service were when dealing with my return request FANTASTIC!

      Sent the wrong item
      Sent the wrong item, never replied when i emailed, had to order new one from another company, then a new one was sent for replacement when I wanted a refund, ended up keeping as a spare, wouldn’t use you again

      Wrong order sent to me. On emailing espares the response said 48 hours to respond. That's no good to me! I purchased from elsewhere, next day delivery and saved £4 in the process.
