    To remove the assembly squeeze the spring bracket ends together, this allows them to pass through the fixing hole in the cabinet and lift the lamp out.

It seems to just be able to plug in, but I am having trouble taking the old ones out - please help

    Because the lamp uses a large current the connectors have to be tight or they may burn. It is likely that you may struggle to disconnect but it is not likely to be stuck just very tight. Try working it from side to side instead of just pulling and be careful not to bang your hand when it does eventually move.
