      customer service stinks
      12 weeks delivery on a freezer door seal. no notification it would take do long till I chased it up. this is only an estimated time so it might be longer. asked for next day shipping when it arrives due to the delay and wad told "we can't change the delivery method once it's been ordered. total joke!!!

      I entered my cooker details and it gave me a lsit of items which were compatible. I ordered the parts, when delivered I realised they were the wrong pieces for my cooker. The element was too big so the backplate could not be fitted and the light bulbs were far too big
