      My item was delivered quickly but unfortunately it was damaged in transit. ES replaced it without qualms and before I had even returned the damaged item because I told them I was going on holiday. Excellent service

      Wrong item sent
      Wrong item sent. No option to select this in the returns section so I had to endure several days of emails and phone calls to get a replacement. I was still expected to make a trip to the post office to return the wrong item. No offer of recompense for all my Time and trouble and loss of the use of my microwave/oven.

      eSpares is the only place I found where…
      eSpares is the only place I found where I could get parts for my rather outdated robot mower. They deliver on time and their site makes it really easy to make sure you're ordering the right part. BUT, I do think they are VERY expensive, nearly £30 for a plastic wheel!!

      The bracket was fine
      The bracket was fine, until my son came to attach it to my television. No screws. Plenty came with the bracket, but none long enough to fit the plate to my SAMSUNG television.

      Wrong part sent, no resolution
      Ordered part next day delivery. Wrong part was sent, was told I had to wait 72 hours for the warehouse to verify why wrong part was sent. A week has gone by and still no confirmation or replacement part sent. Have complained numerous times but not given a resolution which should simply be a replacement being sent.
