Hi mollie, you can indeed use the roasting dish on an induction hob. In fact, a good tip is to bring some water to the boil in it on the hob when it's dirty - this will loosen the burnt on food and make cleaning easier.

Bosch stopped supplying a handle for their grill pan late in 2007(named as a "Universal pan HEZ 332000" in the handbook for my cooker). I'm trying to locate a handle, as the pan gets hot in use!!

Hi Malcolm2, I'm afraid this pan doesn't have a handle - the small rectangular hole in the middle doesn't serve a purpose!
