Can you please tell me how I can remove the old and replace a new pressure outlet sleeve ( 9.036-444.0 ) I have tried to remove it carefully as I do not want to damage the part its attached to, but it doesn't seem to be moving ?? Can you help.

  • as the name of the part implies, it is just a sleeve and should easily come apart with a little gentle leverage between the toothed sections of each part.when i fitted one,the new one wasnt a tight fit, but havnt had any problems since. By owdtez - lincs. - 26 October 2010

The brass part that connects into this has a hole in it and it screws into the Pressure Outlet Sleeve. The end of the lance connects onto the brass part

    Hi Jonest, it sounds like either the outlet connection itself or the o-ring seal has become damaged. Check the connection for cracks. If it looks ok, the o-ring has probably perished.
