The plastic screw that secures the handle to the grill pan is has sheared off. Can I buy a replacement screw?

This screw cannot be purchased seperately unfortunately.
I have looked on internet and see there are different sizes for this model - are the dimensions given the overall external of the grill pan or the internal grill insert size i.e my grill pan is 445mm x 280 external or 380x230 internal.

This is the measurement from rim to rim, rather than the internal cooking area.
