      Damaged
      Initially the item I ordered arrived in good time. Unfortunately it was damaged. I contacted them and arranged a return and replacement. When the 'replacement' arrived it was the wrong one and didn't fit my appliance. Once again I contacted them and was told it must have been a picking error. It was returned and finally I received the correct part. This showed a lack of efficiency and a somewhat slap dash approach. They need to tighten their service up.
