      MY MACHINE HAS POWER BUT WILL NOT WORK - I BELIEVE THAT IT IS EITHER THE ON OFF SWITCH OR THE DOOR MICRO SWITCH.

        Check the pin on the door Stock Number: ES493450 is not bent and is going into the cabinet to start the machine. If it starts and stops when the button is released suspect Stock Number: ES490041

      Item arrived damaged!!!
      Item arrived damaged due to very flimsy packaging. Emailed twice, no reponse! Engaged in 'chat' with representative, who sent out lables for ME to return the damaged item, despite providing photographic evidence!!! New item despatched by representative but no next day delivery!!! No replies to emails and no phone number to ring. Avoid at all costs!!!
