- this product is chrome plated mine has worn away and is now turning my bacon green. I am ordering a new one

Is handle easy to slide on/off - we close cooker door when grilling so need to remove handle each time 2 Answers
- The handle catches very securely on the left or right indent of the central position without having to screw it in place, so it's instantly detatchable like the original pan. It would be useful to say which pans have this important feature.
- No. You have to remove the screw that holds the handle to the pan.
- Handle is bakerlight material and would not sustain the extremes of oven temperatures. However the handle is simple to remove and the pan may then be placed in the oven.

If you'd like to use the pan and the grill rack for baking or roasting they'll work! This item doesn't always have to be used for grilling - but if you're going to use it for baking or roasting just make sure to remove the handle first.

Hi Donc, The measurements are external. This is to ensure that the grill pan will slot into your cooker. We want to make sure that you order the right size pan for your oven.
- Pan handle slides onto pan from R/H side and is secured by sliding nut onto pan assembly first, slide handle over and secure with screw and washer. Easy as long as you slide nut onto pan and not use as a conventional nut.
- Only had a screw, washer and clip on mine - washer not used as no room to insert it. Works fine though to date.
Perfect replacement 15 May 2022
Used espares as usual to replace our old battered grill pan. Replacement was identical and a reasonable price. In hindsight I should have replaced it sooner. Very pleased with my purchase.
