      Great service
      I ordered a replacement main oven seal from the selection offered on the website. It was a bit of a guess as there were a few that matched the item and oven model description. My choice arrived a few days later and it fitted easily and perfectly; so I guess I chose well. Anyway, it all worked out perfectly.

      Sent a different part to what I ordered. (I have screen shot showing I ordered right part) I don't know if it's compatible or not. It has a wire missing. I don't know if to fit it or not. No telephone numbers. No live chat icon despite website saying I can "chat" to them up to 6pm. What am I supposed to do? Wait several days for advice via email? I want to fix my dishwasher NOW!
