Disposable Face Masks 

Designed to fit over your mouth and nose, these face masks are a comfortable and convenient way to promote good health and personal hygiene. Wearing a face mask helps to reduce your exposure to poor air quality, airborne illnesses and pollution.

Face masks can also stop you from unconsciously touching your mouth and nose and are recommended if you are coughing, sneezing or caring for someone who is sick. 

Instructions for use

To put the mask on:

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap before you touch the mask.
• Fully open the folded mask.
• Hold the mask with the nose clip at the top and the coloured side facing outwards. (Take care not to touch the inside of the mask or position it the wrong way round.)
• Place the mask on your face so that it completely covers the nose, mouth and lower jaw and press the nose clip tightly.
• Pull the loops at the side of the mask around your ears and stretch them as needed to adjust the tightness.

To remove the mask:

• Gently pull the mask off your face using the ear loops. (Avoid touching the mask itself.)
• Throw the mask in the bin straight away.
• Wash your hands immediately after removing the mask.
